Phase II: Execute & Optimize

You will wrap up the first quarter armed with actionable insights and prepared for full implementation. You'll go in knowing which tactics were winners and which ones are a waste of time and money. From that vantage point, you are prepared to implement your strategy, as well as to test new, emerging markets.
In addition to implementing what you learned from the research and analysis stage, you will begin to incorporate additional strategies as they pertain to your market, such as email, deeper connections with your communities and stakeholders through social media, referral campaigns and more.
